Voyage Planning- Students will prepare for the voyage covering the following topics:

Survival at sea
Hands-On Instruction - Students will train on a power vessel and will complete the following hands on training:

4 Hours of boat handing to sharpen skills prior to undertaking the voyage

Undertake a six hour voyage outside the St. Lucie Inlet to Fort Pierce and return

Troubleshooting underway problems

Electronics & vessel systems while underway
