The Chapman School offers the details of these vessels in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of each vessel. All vessels are sold in “as is, where is” condition and are subject to price change or withdrawal without notice. Advertisements stating "not running" are sold as such and do not currently run.  We do not have a service department and no repairs of any kind may be performed on Chapman School property.  Have a plan in place to remove the vessel before making an offer.  Masted sailing vessels and over height vessels can only be towed by water.  Boats must be removed with proof of owner transfer within 5 days of purchase.  Please note photos are not to scale.

Description:  Powered with a Westerbeke 18hp diesel inboard.  The biggest problem she has is with the stuffing box.  It will need to be replaced due to a crack in the casting.  She does take on water when running and at the dock.  Also, we have been running her on an auxiliary 12 gallon fuel tank.  The on board tank will need to be cleaned due to an algae build-up before hooking it back up for use.  The cabin is very well designed with a galley, V-berth, dinette, and an enclosed head.  All surrounded by luxurious teak paneling.  She is currently on the hard for your inspection.  Call us to make an appointment to see her.  She won't be here long that's for sure!
